Sold in plastic tubes similar to wasabi, this Japanese mustard is a fiery condiment that’s most well known for being served with tonkatsu (panko fried pork). I like squirting a tiny amount of it into miso dressings or dipping sauces for a spicy kick. You can substitute English hot mustard if you can’t find it.
