  • About
With a global cult following, this creamy yellow Japanese mayonnaise is packaged in a squeezy bottle with a star-shaped nozzle. Made with plenty of egg yolks and rice vinegar, it adds a real tanginess to dipping sauces or can be made into a dressing for potato salads. Traditionally, the mayonnaise is used for drizzling over takoyaki (crispy octopus balls) and okonomiyaki pancakes.
