White Peppercorns

Grown from the same pepper plant as black peppercorns, white have the outer husk removed. As a result they are less overwhelming, but maintain a clean, sharp heat. They are used in all types of Asian cooking and hot-and-sour soup wouldn’t be the same without this essential spice.
