  • About
Nuts are used in many of our recipes. It’s important to buy nuts that have been handled properly and taste fresh. Since they have lots of oil in them, nuts can go rancid relatively quickly. For the best chance of finding good nuts, go to a market that does a brisk business. We suggest buying from bulk bins because you can taste them prior to your purchase. The best way to store nuts for any length of time is in an airtight container in your freezer.
