For those with fat in them, like Challah and Somodi Kalács, storage and handling can be exactly the same as above. However, because of the enriched dough, these can mold, so they need to be eaten within several days.

All of these breads can be frozen and then reheated as just described for great results. If you are going to freeze them, we recommend wrapping them in paper first and then in plastic.
