This gluten-free flour has a rustic, nutty and down-to-earth quality to it. I often use buckwheat flour instead of nut flours in certain dishes. The flavor pairs well with almost any fruit. Buckwheat flour is definitely worth playing around with, especially for the gluten-challenged.
