To Toast Hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Set the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Stir once or twice to ensure even toasting. Watch carefully so that they do not burn. They will turn a rich mahogany color.
