This product contains oil and lecithin. It is ideal for keeping cakes from sticking to the wire cooling rack, for spraying cookie sheets and bread pans, and for spraying rising containers for bread dough as well as the dough itself. I prefer Pam Original to other nonstick vegetable spray products because it has virtually no odor. The lecithin is a natural emulsifying agent derived from soybeans.
