Baking Spray with Flour

Baker’s Joy brand is an odor-free combination of flour and oil that is used for spraying onto baking pans to ensure a baked item’s clean release. It is faster and neater than greasing and flouring. I prefer this brand because I have found other brands to impart an off taste and less reliable release.
