Using the Dough Hook to Knead Moist Dough

  1. After water, yeast, and flour have been mixed and the dough has rested, add the salt and mix on low speed for 3 minutes.

  2. Turn the mixer to medium to high speed and mix the dough for 5 to 10 minutes, until it pulls away from the hook and slaps against the bowl.
