To Use in a Fruit Curd Tart

  • About
  1. Make a shortbread tart crust and blind-bake it fully.
  2. Meanwhile, make the curd.
  3. Pour the curd into the prepared tart crust and allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  4. If desired, top with fresh fruit and brush the fruit with glaze.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
