Lining a loaf or swiss roll tin

The paper will stay in place if you lightly grease the tin first.
Put the tin in the centre of a piece of baking paper. Make a diagonal cut from each corner of the paper to the corners of the tin.
Fold the paper between the cut edges to make it easier to put in position in the tin.
Overlap the corners of the paper and press to secure. Grease and flour the tin if directed to in the recipe.
