Caramel Liqueur Coffee

I use Dooley’s for this drink, which is a kind of toffee-flavored Bailey’s that I find in the tax free shop at airports. It goes very well with coffee and vanilla ice cream.

Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a glass. Pour in some of the liqueur and a shot of strong espresso coffee, to taste.
