Make a caramel and pour out spoon shapes onto a silicone liner or parchment paper.
Let harden and then place in a mug of coffee just before serving. The caramel will dissolve slowly into the coffee.
Alternatively, you can coat the tip of a real spoon with caramel and then dip it into melted chocolate.
Or make caramel spoons and dip the tips into melted chocolate.
