Croustade Iron

This is an old-school bit of French kit to make canapé shells: you heat it up in oil, then dip it into whatever batter you’re using, then back into the hot oil. The batter cooks and then slips off the iron into the hot oil, meaning you get exactly the same shape of shell each time.
