  • About
This handheld tool was originally developed for woodworking, but quickly found its place in the kitchen as a way to make short work of grating hard cheeses, such as Parmigiano-Reggiano. Rasp graters typically have a handle at one end, and are either long and narrow or paddle shaped. The rasps come in a variety of different cutting surfaces and hole sizes; some include exchangeable blades for more versatility.
