I highly recommend sourcing fresh curry leaves if you can. They can be found in some of the large supermarkets, as well as a host of Asian grocers. I store mine by freezing them and then cooking with them from frozen as and when I require them. They will last many months this way and still taste great. Dried curry leaves can be used but lack the flavour of fresh or frozen.
