Rice setting

The Instant Pot® does a wonderful job of cooking complex rice dishes like magic. The Rice setting is a fully automated low pressure mode pre-set at 12 minutes. The most common variable here is the water to rice ratio. In the rice chapter I have tried to account for most of the common varieties of rice used in the Indian kitchen.
