This delicious sauce is made from the pulp of plums with the distinctive flavors of vinegar, ginger, chili, and garlic. While it is not traditionally Lebanese, over the years it has become one of my favorite condiments to offer with curry. I buy Koon Chun, it is the brand I like best.
