  • About
This is a hybrid cross between the American blackberry (bramble) and the European raspberry and is of similar type to the American Loganberry. The Tayberry has a strong personality, a sweet aromatic flavour and an exotic, deep, purple-red colour. It is a long firm, fleshy fruit (about 4cm) that cooks well. Though not widely available commercially, it is a very popular pick-your-own berry.
