Using a plastic or thick cardboard stencil gives perfectly shaped biscuits of an even thickness.
Place the stencil on a prepared baking tray and spoon a little mixture into the hole.
Level off the mixture using a palette knife
Remove the stencil carefully and repeat with enough of the mixture to fill the prepared baking trays, spacing the biscuits well apart.
When cooked, immediately remove the biscuits from the tray while still warm and pliable.
