Tuiles need to be shaped while still warm. Using a rolling pin gives the biscuits their classic shape.
Drop a level teaspoon of the mixture onto o tray and flatten slightly with a spoon.
Using a wet fork, evenly spread the mixture out so that it is very thin.
Remove the tuiles from the tray while still hot and place on a rolling pin to shape. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
