Rolling and cutting dough

Rolling the dough gives an even thickness and colouring in baking and a professional finish.

Roll out the biscuit dough between two sheets of baking paper.

Remove the baking paper and cut out the biscuits using shaped cutters. Place on the prepared baking tray.
