Method
  1. Cut into the membrane on the underside of the lobster, where the head and body join, to loosen Twist or cut off to remove the tail.
  2. Cut down both sides of the shell on the underside, between the flesh and soft underside shell using a pair of scissors.
  3. Peel back the soft undershell. Gently pull out the flesh in one piece. Pull out the vein from the back with your fingers or when cutting.
