  • About
This is the Italian name for red chicory. There are several varieties, but two of the most common are rosso di Verona, a pink, flower-like chicory that looks similar to a round cabbage and is usually called radicchio in other countries, and rossa di Treviso, deep red and creamy streaked and usually called red chicory elsewhere.
