Fenugreek

Pods containing seeds of a native plant from western Asia. The flavour of the dried seeds is enhanced by lightly roasting before using the seeds or grinding to a powder. The flavour is mild and aromatic. Fenugreek is a popular flavouring in Indian cooking.
