The national spice of Hungary, which is famous for its goulash flavoured with paprika. This is made from the dried and ground fruits of sweet red capsicums (peppers). Paprika varies in flavour from hot to mild (also called sweet) depending on the type of capsicum used and whether the seeds have been added.
