  • About
Most breads will keep for a couple of days and those with fat in them will keep longer. Always cool bread thoroughly before putting it in a plastic bag — the steam will give it a stale texture and cause it to go mouldy quicker. Store bread in a bag or wrapped in a cloth at room temperature — putting it in the fridge will dehydrate it and make it go stale.
