How to Make Tortellini

  • About
  1. Place a mound of filling off-center on a round of pasta. Fold the pasta over the mound, sealing the top edge of the round about ⅛ inch in from the edge of the bottom half.

  2. Fold the exposed bottom edge of the pasta up over the top edge of the round to form a seal.

  3. Bend the two ends of the pasta around and pinch them together to finish forming the tortellini.
