  • About

Some of the most beautiful cookies possible are those given a decorative design or shape by molds. Some molds are designed to be pressed into dough and lifted off. The cookie is cut out around the shape the mold has imprinted. Others are designed to have dough pressed into the cavity and either removed to bake on a pan or left to bake right in the mold. The resulting cookie not only has a design imprinted on it but also the particular shape. Review the hints before you start any of the following recipes.
