Baked eggs are easy to fix and often they provide a meal change. To please the children split thick hamburger buns in halves; hollow out each half. Spread with butter or regular margarine and drop an egg in each hollow. Season with salt and bake in a slow oven (325°) about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are partly set. Top each bun half with a slice of tomato and cheese and broil until cheese starts to brown.
