Couture Chocolate

By William Curley

Published 2011

  • About
1 Spoon some tempered chocolate onto an acetate sheet (you can personalize your decorations using decorated acetate or simply use plain sheets) and spread it out to a thin layer. Leave to almost set in a cool, dry area.
2 To make squares, set some metal wheels to your desired size and run them over the chocolate to cut out square shapes. Or, use a small, sharp knife to score the squares.
3 To cut out holes from the squares, cut the centre of each square out using the top of a small metal piping nozzle (tip).
