Chocolate curls

Carefully lift the chocolate-coated acetate from the work surface and curl it round on itself to create a spiral. Place it in a curved tray to help retain the curl while it sets completely. Leave it to set for at least 2 hours in a cool, dry area. Separate the thin strips to make several thin chocolate curls.
