Chocolate waves

Place another strip of acetate on top of the chocolate and then carefully position it between two sheets of corrugated plastic. Press down gently and leave to set for at least 2 hours in a cool, dry area. Carefully remove the plastic and the acetate from the chocolate when ready to use and separate the thin strips to make several thin chocolate waves.
