A blend of Grand Crus with cacao beans sourced from different plantations. Containing 70% cocoa, this dark chocolate has a bittersweet finish, an elegant palate and complements aromatic warm flavours like caramel and black sherry or spices such as clove, mace, black pepper or cardamom. An intense and pure tasting chocolate, it is a great match to the tannins of black tea, which can be infused into the chocolate.
