How Made Factory-made tubes of varying diameter, both smooth and ridged. They are boiled in abundant salted water or in broth.

Also Known As Cannaroni, cannaruncielli, and cannerozzi. For small sizes, cannelli, cannolicchi, diavoletti, diavolini, spolette, stortini, svuotini, and tubetti. For larger sizes, cannelloni da ripieno (to be filled), canneroni, cannerozzi, fascette and mezze fascette, fischioni, fischiotti, maniche, schiaffettoni, schiaffoni, and sigarette.
