The recipes from the traybake bites chapter all freeze well. Cut into slices or pieces and wrap individually or in small packs either in clear film, plastic wrap or baking parchment and then pack into a plastic container. Label and seal tight with a lid. Use within 2 months.
Reduced-sugar muesli bars tend to go a little softer than those made with more traditional amounts of sugar and butter. Freezing is ideal and means that you can make up a batch at the weekend and then freeze in individually wrapped portions either in baking parchment or clear film and then packed into a plastic container.
