Fermented foods are a great blood sugar balancer and will very quickly get rid of your sugar cravings. Homemade yogurt with fermented jam and topped with some granola is both healthy and delicious. Serve your favourite cake recipe with a fermented chutney โ€˜jamโ€™. And my raw nut chocolate cheesecake is very good!

Fermented drinks are almost too good to be true. Instead of sugary soft drinks, try water kefir, kombucha or one of the other fermented drinks.
