Reblochon

reblochon is a surface-ripened, semi-soft whole-milk French cheese from the Haute Savoie and Savoie regions. It has a mild, subtly sour taste, and is made in a flat disc shape weighing about 600 g (1 lb 5 oz). There are also miniature versions.
