  • About
Chopsticks are not just used for eating but also for cooking โ€” for stirring, beating and whipping. Special long chopsticks are available for these purposes, but it is not necessary to purchase them. Any long spoon, spatula or fork or, in many cases, ordinary chopsticks will suffice. They can be bought at Asian speciality shops and sometimes in the ethnic food section of health food shops as well as from many Chinese restaurants.
