  • About
  • Pack the bottom of the basket with tissue paper or raffia to cushion the fruit and create a full appearance.
  • Wash all fruit in a sanitizing solution and dry completely before packing it in the basket.
  • Arrange larger, sturdier fruits on the bottom and smaller, more delicate fruits on top.
  • If cookies or other sweets are included in the basket, they should be individually wrapped in plastic or cellophane.
  • Enclose the finished basket in a cellophane wrapper tied with a bow. If a card is to be included, attach it in a prominent place where it will be seen.
  • Donโ€™t seal basket wrappers or attach cards with staples, as they pose the food safety threat of physical contamination.
