  • About
  1. Place 2 10-in. (25-cm) round or square flatbreads on a cutting board.
  2. Apply the spread to the upper surfaces of the flatbreads in an even layer extending to ½ in. (1 cm) from the edges (A).

  3. Move the flatbreads together so that one overlaps the other by about 3 in. (7 cm).
  4. Place the filling ingredients on the flatbreads in a flat, even layer.
  5. Scatter on the garnish ingredients (B).

  6. Roll the flatbreads to tightly enclose the filling and garnishes (C).

  7. Secure shut with 2 or 3 sandwich picks.
  8. Cut on the diagonal into 2 or 3 sections (D).

  9. Prop the sections against one another on a plate (E).
