Use it dry, straight from the packet, as a thickener for soups, a crunch on top of your lasagne or sprinkle it onto a cheesy pasta like fancy breadcrumbs, or make it up and roll it into dumplings. I keep a jar of several decanted packets next to my microwave and often surprise myself at where it ends up. Oh, it’s great for binding slightly wet burgers, too.
