Preparation is key. Having some of the basic recipes in the book already prepped and stored will cut the time spent cooking on another day. Try to do one big fruit and veg shop that will last you all week, and make sure your pantry is well stocked with the good-quality basic ingredients all the time. (See pantry basics.)
