The Hospital Caterers Association is a voluntary organisation and the voice of hospital caterers. Our members want to do a good job and we want to attract the next generation of chefs into the association to ensure a rich future.

If you are a chef in the NHS then we are an organisation that has your best interests at heart. We are always looking for new ways to make the careers of our members better and better paid. But, that’s not everything we’re all about. The HCA is a great networking association and younger members can get a lot of knowledge from older members at our functions and in the workplace.
