Fill a to-go container with a medley of your favorite breakfast ingredients. Try a chopped hard-boiled egg, cubed avocado, and cucumber slices sprinkled with sea salt and lime; low-fat cottage cheese topped with tomato slices and fresh herbs, or pear slices and ground cinnamon; or plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt topped with fruit and a sprinkle of the Crunchy Breakfast Topping (right).
