Prepare the Frittata with Turkey Sausage and Arugula, or create your own frittata using a combination of chopped vegetables, cooked lean meats, and/or cheeses. Cool and cut into wedges. Wrap the wedges in foil, place in a zippered plastic bag, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To serve, unwrap and cook in the microwave on high power for 30โ€“45 seconds.
