  • About
Soak the tamarind pulp in warm water for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve over a bowl and use the back of a spoon to press the tamarind through the sieve, extracting as much of the pulp as possible. Scrape off any pulp from underneath the sieve and add to the bowl of water. Discard the fibres and seeds left in the sieve.
