These rich ice-cream desserts are named for the lady of operatic fame. They are considered glamour desserts by the French, but in reality they are nothing more than fruit sundaes drizzled with a red fruit syrup and decorated with whipped cream. But they are far better than anything concocted at the corner drugstore.
