  • About
Often confused for each other, marjoram and oregano are similar in look and taste, but oregano has a slightly more robust flavor, with notes of lemon, and marjoram is a touch sweeter. Oregano is commonly used in pasta and pizza sauces. Marjoram, with its more delicate profile, is best added to cooked dishes at the last moment, so the heat doesn’t diminish its flavor.
